Recycle Site– 9100

Our San Jose Recycle site also known as Azevedo Quarry, is actually an old quarry site undergoing the later stages of reclamation. We are situated at the East end of Communication Hill accessible to Highway 87 within 5 minutes.  Our business activities at this site include the acceptance of recyclables for the purpose of producing various aggregate materials for the private and public construction markets.  Finished products include Class II aggregate base, Class III aggregate base, Course Underground Utility Bedding, Structure Backfill Fines, Custom aggregates upon request, Fill Sand, Pea Gravel and unclassified fill materials.  This site accepts asphalt with petromat on a premium basis.

We also accept the following on a case by case basis for and extra fee:

Broken asphalt or asphalt grindings containing petromat
Concrete with excessive steel
Oversized material (greater than 4´x4´)
